Unfortunately, I later faced an increase from underwriting, but Amy and her team were proactive in trying to get it corrected. Although the increased turned out to be due to errors on the underwriting side. Amy did everything she could to keep me informed and explore solutions, including working to get my premium back to the originally quoted amount. She even took the time to explain everything thoroughly and offered alternative options, though I ultimately chose not to reduce my coverage further. While the outcome wasn't ideal, I truly appreciate Amy's dedication and transparency throughout the process."
